Taryn Fortunati, RD

Registered Dietitian

Taryn is a Registered Dietitian specializing in eating disorders, mental health nutrition, and recovery-focused care. She has extensive experience working in residential, outpatient, and inpatient treatment settings, supporting individuals with eating disorders and co-occurring conditions.

Her background includes working as an Eating Disorder Dietitian at Center for Discovery, where she provided structured meal planning, intuitive eating guidance, and medical nutrition therapy. Additionally, she has worked in acute inpatient behavioral health settings, including Fremont Hospital’s eating disorder program, and in clinical nutrition management at DaVita Kidney Care, supporting patients with complex medical needs.

Taryn’s approach is client-centered, collaborative, and trauma-informed, ensuring that each person’s unique needs are met. She works closely with therapists, psychiatrists, and medical professionals to provide comprehensive, evidence-based nutrition care.

📌 Outside of work, Taryn enjoys spending time with her family, hiking, trying new recipes, and relaxing with her dog, Ansel.

Tasneem Serhal, RD

Registered Dietitian

Tasneem is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist specializing in eating disorders, mental health nutrition, and intuitive eating. She has extensive experience working with adolescents and adults in eating disorder recovery, helping clients rebuild a balanced relationship with food.

Her background includes providing medical nutrition therapy, structured meal planning, and exposure therapy interventions in both residential and outpatient behavioral health settings. She works closely with therapists, physicians, and outpatient care teams to provide comprehensive, evidence-based nutrition care that supports both physical and emotional healing.

Tasneem’s approach is client-centered, trauma-informed, and inclusive, prioritizing nutrition education, emotional well-being, and long-term sustainability. She is passionate about helping clients find flexibility, self-trust, and joy in food again.

📌 Outside of work, Tasneem enjoys spending time with her family and two kids, traveling, and exploring new places.

Callie Mead, RD

Registered Dietitian

Callie is a Registered Dietitian passionate about helping individuals feel their best, both mentally and physically, through personalized nutrition. She specializes in supporting clients recovering from eating disorders and those looking to improve their overall health and wellness. Whether it’s healing a relationship with food or finding balance in daily nutrition and activity, Callie’s approach focuses on creating sustainable habits that work for each individual.

Callie’s nutrition journey began in clinical settings, including her work at Jane Phillips Medical Center and her training with the Laureate Eating Disorder Program. These experiences allowed her to provide personalized nutrition care for individuals with complex health needs. However, Callie’s expertise extends beyond the medical side—she also has a strong background in fitness, having managed fitness studios and collaborated with clients in wellness settings. This well-rounded perspective allows her to create nutrition plans that support both recovery and active lifestyles.

What sets Callie apart is her client-centered, compassionate approach. She believes in listening to each person’s unique needs and working together to find practical, sustainable solutions. Her goal is to help clients build a healthy, balanced relationship with food and provide the support and tools needed for lasting change.

📌 Outside of work, Callie loves staying active, exploring new fitness trends, and staying connected with her community.

Heather Hohl, RD

Registered Dietitian

Heather is a Registered Dietitian specializing in eating disorders, substance use recovery, and mental health nutrition. She has experience providing individualized nutrition therapy in residential, outpatient, and behavioral health settings, helping clients rebuild a balanced and sustainable approach to food.

Her approach is non-judgmental and collaborative, working alongside therapists, physicians, and support teams to provide practical, evidence-based guidance. She is passionate about making nutrition realistic, accessible, and free from guilt or shame.

📌 Outside of work, Heather enjoys staying active, exploring new places with her toddler—especially butterfly gardens and aquariums—and spending time with family.

Heather is not currently accepting new clients as her caseload is full.

She is also experienced in mentoring interns, menu development, and patient-centered counseling.

With a strong foundation in sports and fitness, Callie’s experience extends beyond clinical care. She has worked in fitness studios and wellness settings, helping individuals incorporate balanced nutrition into active lifestyles. She is committed to making nutrition realistic, sustainable, and inclusive, using an all-foods-fit approach to help clients develop positive, long-term habits.
